Changing up the scenery has proven to be invigorating. For week 3 day 2 Amy and I decided to run the UNF trails. It was a gorgeous day and not too cold which was a plus. The intervals for week 3 are as follows: Brisk 5 minute warm up, followed by 2 intervals of 90 seconds jogging, 90 second walking, 3 minute jogging followed by 3 minute walking, finished with a 5 minute cool down. And let me tell you, that 3 minutes of running was the longest 3 minutes of my life. But, it felt amazing afterwards. Here are some photos of the gorgeous scenery we were surrounded by on our run.
It was wonderful, serene, and peaceful.

Must be one of the most scenic places in town for running. I haven’t been to those trails in years, but I’m sure it’s a terrific experience. You’re doing great!
