It’s been a tough week for me because I’ve been sick with sore throat and tummy issues so I’ve only gotten in 1 short run. I went out Sunday to try to get some miles in but at mile 3 I was feeling nauseous so I had to walk home. It’s more stressful because I have a big race weekend coming up. Only thing I can do is rest and get better so I am able to do the Savage Race on 3/28 and Run 13.1 on 3/29.
Y’all keep me in your thoughts and prayers so I can get over this crap and get back to training!
