Good evening beautiful people! With the 5K around the corner, I am beginning to get a little nervous with excitement! I have to say I am ready, which feels great. I am down 20 lbs over the past 2 months and that feels even better.
As the race approaches quickly, I have vowed to myself to at least run 1 mile, 5 times per week until the race, with a plan to continue with my new regiment. Not only does it help with my anxiety, it gives me the opportunity to work towards improving my time and stamina.
On another note, Amy and I will be posting a short video demonstrating how to properly conduct the core challenge. However, it will be a later post on Wednesday.
